Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and fees at any time with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to renewals.
We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to the full features of the Service. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No credit card is required to start a trial.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrakerAi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Service includes AI-powered features such as compensation plan generation and performance insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remainder of your current billing period.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TrakerAi is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction where TrakerAi is registered. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrakerAi regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
