Before transmitting any data to third-party AI service providers, TrakerAi automatically redacts names and any personally identifiable references, replacing them with non-identifying placeholders such as “Record #1”.
AI service providers do not receive identifiable data from TrakerAi. This applies to AI-powered features including compensation plan generation, insights, and recommendations.
AI Results Should Be Reviewed
Artificial intelligence may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results.
AI-generated information should therefore be reviewed by users and should not be treated as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, insurance, or compliance judgment.
Data Ownership
Organizations and users retain their respective rights in information submitted to TrakerAi.
Where TrakerAi processes information on behalf of an organization, that organization may determine the purposes for which information is entered into and used within its TrakerAi workspace.
TrakerAi does not claim ownership of an organization’s sales records or business data merely because that information is stored through the Services.
